What is the cost of the conference?
The 2-day conference is $125/person plus a processing fee of $10 (credit card fees and online registration fees). Your online transaction will appear as "SSTPINKPOLKADOTP818290" or "Pink Polka Dot Product" and may mention Mount Vernon, Ohio. There will be a price increase on April 21st to $150 plus a processing fee of $10 (credit card fees and online registration fees).
What does my ticket price include?
2 Day Conference with a fabulous line-up of speakers Book Signings with Speakers Breakfast and lunch on Saturday Free Parking Food Trucks will be available Friday night for dinner for additional charge Specialty Coffee Bar available throughout conference for additional charge
Are Scholarships Available?
Yes! We never want money to be an obstacle for any mom. We know finances can be tight and we are committed to ensure that all moms are able to attend any of our conferences regardless of their ability to pay. Where is the conference located?
This year's conference will be held at the Smith Center at McLean Bible Church (8925 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA) just outside of Washington, DC. Tysons Corner is a bustling area of Northern Virginia just minutes across the river from DC.
Who should attend the Conference?
Passion4Moms Conferences are strategically designed for moms of ALL ages and ALL stages of life. Our conferences are dedicated to ALL moms whether you are a first time mother or a grandmother. We have moms of every stage of life attend our conferences each year. If you are single or married, currently a mom or want to be a mom one day, this conference is for you!
Can I attend if I am not a mom?
Yes! While you may not be in the season of motherhood yet, you may be one day! Passion4Moms Conferences are for moms of all ages and stages from first time moms to grandmothers! We would recommend women be at least 18+.
Can I register more than one person at a time?
Absolutely! You will need to have names, addresses, email addresses and dietary restrictions for everyone you plan to register.
Are nursing babies allowed?
Yes! We will have a nursing room available for nursing mothers (babies up to 12 months) with a live feed of the conference so you won't miss anything. Childcare is not provided.
Where do I park?
There is plenty of parking available at the Smith Center at McLean Bible Church including covered parking. All parking is complimentary.
Can our group sit together?
All seating is on a first come, first serve basis when doors open. There will be open seating for our 2017 conference in the Smith Center auditorium.
Is Spanish translation available?
P4M is incredibly excited to offer Spanish Interpretation for our 2017 conference. Headsets will be available for our ESL friends. We will have Spanish translators for the entire conference! *Please note on the registration form if you will need Spanish Translation.
Will there be a Marketplace?
Yes! Exhibitors will be in our marketplace located just outside the Smith Center in the lobby. Bring your money and come ready to shop! Here is a list of our Exhibitors in the Marketplace. More exhibitors are being added daily.

Can I donate to the conference scholarship fund?
Absolutely! There is always a need to help other moms attend conferences! This is a practical way to bless others. There is a place on the registration form where you can enter a dollar amount of your choosing to go towards our Scholarship Fund. You may also give online on our website. Thank you in advance!
